These are the ears of a dog who ZOOMED right in to her forever home and never looked back! You guys, Lainey is home!
Lainey was found as a stray total skin and bones. She was found in an area where many unwanted hounds tend to “appear,” and we instantly fell for her soft, gentle, sunshiney demeanor.
Nowadays, Lainey’s mom has to race to the bed to claim her spot before Lainey gets there and hogs it for the night. She has her own personal dog walker to let her adventure and snoof all the things that need snoofling, she gets to taste test in the kitchen while her mom cooks - raw carrots are EW and she spends every morning hanging out with her mom and cat siblings, starting the day slow on the back deck.
Lainey may be pampered, but she is still very much a houndy, and her mom humors her by letting her have one dirt patch in the yard she has claimed as her own. Lainey’s guilty pleasure brings her so much joy, mom has even thought about getting her a sandbox!
