Minna
Minna, now Athena, is HOME.
Athena came to us from a not so good situation. She was shut down and scared, and more than anything men were the scariest.
Fast forward lots of love, playtime and opening up in playgroups at @dogtownstaugustine and Athena became a sassy, spunky, confident lady. When Athena’s new dad reached out about her we were unsure of how much her confidence would carry over, and while she was nervous, she was nowhere near the shut down dog we first met, and being able to help Athena grow so significantly has been very special to be a part of.
Now Athena has a dad who spoils her endlessly. Their weekend plans evolve around what they can do together, including lots of hiking adventures, and she has no problem grumbling her complaints from the couch when dad is being too boring working on his computer.
Happy life Athena. You have come so far, and you have a life full of adventures ahead of you.
