Lala
Let’s talk about Lala.
Lala is a petite hippo who simply cannot understand how someone hasn’t come and adopted her already. Lala has the perfect tiny toofs that stick out in such a way, and when you pair it with her naturally pouty face and her wiggley saunter when she walks, well, she gives us big feelings.
One of Lala’s favorite places to be is right on the couch. So much so that when foster mom says it’s time to go to bed she some days has to be convinced to get up. Lala’s ideal day would be one spent snuggled right up to you for all day naps and couch cuddles. But don’t let Lala’s lazy side fool you, girlie does get the occasional zooms, and is happy to go on adventures with you. She makes a great out to lunch buddy and is so easy going and social with every person she meets. Lala even goes to work with foster mom some days and causes quite the distraction to the staff with her charm.
Lala is kid, cat and dog friendly. She is house and crate trained and knows basic commands. Lala has a spunky confident side we admire, is a fattie at heart - girl loves a good snack - and she has a wigglebutt that just won’t quit.
Lala truly melts our heart, and she honestly has from the first day we laid eyes on her in a picture that was shared on Facebook. She has defied the odds, making it out of the shelter just a day shy of her euthanasia date. She finished heartworm treatment, even with the heavy burden of worms and damage she had, and never once did she let a thing damper her sassy spirit. Now it’s just time for Lala to find her forever home!
