Lacey
We fell for Lacey the moment we saw just one picture of her smiling, fuzzy face on Facebook. She was one of many at a crowded rural shelter begging for help and it took no convincing for us to drive down to get her. Little did we know Lacey was hiding a secret from us and she would soon be MOMMA Lacey.
Lacey had a long and emotional delivery. She worked hard to deliver nine babies, only four of which survived. She put her whole heart into being a mom and she took the best care of her veggie babies.
When all of her babies left the nest, mom didn’t have to wait very long to find her forever - turns out she had a family who had been watching all our posts as her babies grew and decided they just couldn’t live without her.
Lacey has truly been smiles and sunshine, and we are so happy she can finally be spoiled rotten like she so deserves. Happy forever Lacey, here is to the rest of forever being filled with all the cuddling, snack time and sunbathing you can handle.
