Herman Munster
Amidst all the craziness of the past couple of days, something very special was happening behind the scenes. Grab the tissues friends because Hermie is finally HOME after patiently waiting for a whole YEAR.
Herman has been with us since October of 2022, but was picked up as a stray by the shelter on August 5th, and has had very little adoption interest along the way. We tried everything we could think of to get his perfect silver face out there but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Turns out someone had been keeping an eye on his posts the whole time and reached out when she was finally able to help!
Hermie is the epitome of a perfect gentleman and his foster mom, turned forever mom, couldn’t agree more. After just a few weeks together, she found herself not wanting to tell people he was looking for a home and that was the beginning of the rest of their lives together Hermie, who has always loved people but didn’t always go seeking affection, now cuddles directly on top of mom and makes adorably pitiful little whines to get picked up into bed with her each night After countless nights on the streets, in the shelter, and in and out of boarding, he refuses to sleep anywhere other than that big ole comfy bed with his momma!
Happy forever, Herman Munster You’ve made one heck of an impact in our lives and though it’s bitter sweet to say goodbye, there are no words to contain how thrilled we are for you.
