Meet Susie Carmichael

Poor, sweet Susie Carmichael was all healed up from her spay and just as we were about to announce her cuteness to the world for adoption, Susie’s skin got bad, and fast. Susie has demodex mange, a skin infection, and an irritated, swollen eye. All these things are very treatable, but It will now be weeks of medication, medicated baths, and wearing a dang cone AGAIN, and this means longer before Susie can find her forever home. What we know about Susie is she is a trooper, and her nub won’t stop wagging, even when they were scraping at her skin today at the vet. We have found out that Susie is super dog friendly, and even cat friendly too. She sits very patiently for her treats, and tolerates wearing a cone like no other pup we’ve seen. Susie is now totally healthy, happy and living her best adopted life!
