Female, Large, Adult
Michele was on an Urgent list at a rural animal shelter, given less than 24 hours to live. Michele had been breed for a very long time, and her basic care neglected. We were immediatley smitten by this low rider’s kind dispostion and gentle eyes, and we knew we could not leave her behind. Shortly after Michele came into our care we got the surprise that she was pregnant, and going to be a mom one last time.
Momma Michele is now in a foster home, one that she shares with three other dogs and two cats. She is an excellent mom to her little ones, and she dotes on them with such care. Michele is easy going and low energy. She is a Sunday morning no alarm clock coffee on the porch kind of gal. A tech at our vet told us that Michele is a “special soul,” and we absolutely agree.
Michele is estimated 6 years old and 60 pounds. She is crate trained, but has been left out in her foster home without being destructive. Michele is not available for adoption yet, as her puppies will need her for awhile, but she will be available soon, and boy she sure is something special.
